I began studying yoga in 2007, not as a hobby but as a necssary part of healing and well-being. After years in a demanding, high-stress career that led to chronic back pain, I explored a more holistic path combining yoga, mindful movement and breathe awareness. This approach helped me regain mobility and improve my quality of life. That experience reshaped my understaning of health and inspired me to teach. Today I share yoga in a way that is accessible, supportive, and grounded in real life because I believe it is truly for everyone at any stage.
People come to yoga for many reasons including reduce stress, relieve pain, improve flexibility and balance, enhance performance in daily activities, or simply move with greater ease. My teaching approach honors those varied goals by offering a gentle, adaptable practice that meets people where they are.
